Rachel Chamberlain

Rachel Chamberlain is a director and manager at Rise and Shine Day Nursery.

Rachel is a fully qualified teacher with many years experience teaching primary school children. Rachel has been a mentor and key stage co-ordinator so is excellent at managing a team. As a mother of two, Rachel is dedicated to providing the best care and learning opportunities possible for all children. Her favourite thing about working in the Early Years is that every day is different and exciting both for the children and nursery practitioners.

Ellie Kord

Ellie Kord is a director and manager at Rise and Shine Day Nursery. Ellie is a fully qualified teacher specialising in the Early Years. Ellie has worked across a variety of settings including day nurseries and primary schools. As a mother of two, Ellie understands the pressures and worries of working parents and aims for Rise and Shine Day Nursery to provide a nurturing 'home from home' for the children in its care. Her favourite thing about working in the Early Years is seeing the incredible learning journey children go on in such a short space of time. It emphasises how important their early years really are.

Rise and Shine Team

Our Nursery Practitioners at Rise and Shine Day Nursery are trained and experienced in caring for young children. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful team of caring, hardworking and enthusiastic practitioners.

Our team is made up of nursery leaders, room supervisors and nursery practitioners.

All our team are qualified in childcare or working towards their qualifications.
